Jerry C. Williams, 48, of 1000 Mescalero No. 1C, was arrested on an Adult Probation and Parole Arrest order.

Agents from the Otero County Narcotics Enforcement Unit started and ended the weekend with marijuana and methamphetamine busts, arresting four people in all.
